Please provide me with the exact address, gate codes or lock box numbers, and homeowners name and contact information, if possible. A bit of information about the property (such as number of bedrooms/baths, finished basement, etc.) is also be helpful.
Also let us know about any special requests and/or extra services you require such as amenities, aerials, twilights, entrances, etc.
Cancellations/Rescheduling require a 48-hour advance notice in order to avoid the Cancellation Fee of $100.
Same-day cancellations will be charged the full amount of your session.
I have Supra Key Access, all I need is the CBS code.
Did you know that a house that photographs well sells faster and to closer than the asking price? You are expected to have the property ready and staged prior to the photo shoot. I highly recommend that you work with a professional stager to get the home ready and to ensure that it shows to the best of its potential.
I will also provide you with my 17-page “Photo Prep List” with instructions and great tips on preparing the home before I arrive.
While I take the time to make a room look “photo-ready” by removing trash cans, perfectly folding a towel, and adding a few special touches to set up a scene, please know that I'm not there to declutter or stage. I'm afraid I can't spend a lot of time moving too many things out of the way or waiting around while items are being moved, etc. If that is the case, then a "Staging Fee" will incur. That is why I cannot stress enough that the home should be ready.
It is always a good idea to have someone present during the shoot (unless the home is unfurnished and you've provided me with the property's CBS lockbox code or contractor's lockbox code). You, your assistant, or the homeowner can help me find certain items I may need to set up a scene, like a pitcher of tea by the patio or a Dutch Oven to put on top of the stove.
A typical photo shoot takes between 1 1/2 to 3 hours depending on the size of the property.
Let's face it, Atlanta weather can be very unpredictable that is why I don't typically like to reschedule a shoot unless it is completely necessary. Even if it is raining I can usually work around it and get amazing results. Trust me. The photos will look great.
But in case it is raining heavily then I go back and photograph the exteriors at a different time, depending on the circumstances.
My standard service area is a 20 mile radius from Dunwoody after which we charge a Travel Fee. I travel all over Atlanta and have photographed homes in Jasper, Big Canoe, Acworth, Lake Lanier, and even Reynolds Plantation. Price is determined by mileage. Please call for a quote.
I accept cash, checks and credit cards, and bank transfer. Payment can be made on-site or prior to delivery of photographs.
